"Yuan” is here! ntv7, the Home of Feel Good is bringing fun back to the weekend through Yuan Carnival – “Ceria Bersama Komuniti” – a brand new community centered event. With Elken as the main sponsor and Celcom as the co-sponsor, Yuan Carnival makes its third stop in SJK(C) Shang Wu in Jalan La Salle, Ayer Itam in Penang for two days – 28 and 29 August – starting from 10am!
Partnering ntv7 in this one of a kind carnival are media partners from oneFM radio station and Guang Ming Daily newspaper.
Officiating the event on the first day is YB Senator Tan Sri Dr Koh Tsu Koon, Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department.
“This is a good opportunity for ntv7 to reach out and interact with our viewers, and the communities in their neighbourhoods,” says ntv7’s General Manager, Airin Zainul. “As the leading TV station among Chinese viewers, we strive to continuosly improve the quality of our programmes and approach in entertaining as well as educating the society. We believe that this objective can be achieved through activities organised at the carnival.”
She adds: “Weekends will never be the same again with Yuan Carnival’s interesting line-up of activities and appearance of various host and artiste in the country.”
This two-day long Carnival is set to bring excitement with interesting activities on stage and in booths including fun games and quizzes, performances, competitions, health checks, meet and greet session with local and international celebrities, food, and much more.
Visitors to ntv7’s Yuan Carnival on the first day will be entertained by the talented cast from ntv7’s latest Chinese local drama – Injustice – Tiffany Leong, William San, Chris Tong, Emily Lim, Wee Kheng Ming, Wincci Soo, and Alan Yun.
More activities awaits on Day-2 of ntv7’s Yuan Carnival as visitors will be entertained by Taiwan’s very own actress cum host, Chen Mei Feng.
Other personalities on Day-2 include ntv7’s latest gameshow “Feel Good Feel Cook” hosts, Alvin Wong and Roby Chan as well as ntv7’s Mandarin current affairs community-based programme, “Finding Angels” and “Project Sunshine” hosts – Chan Wei Wei and Tiang Kah Chee respectively.
