About The Event

The coming 6th edition of PIP Expo as expected attracts quality exhibitors since its marketing launch on 1st January.

Amongst the 30 over companies that have signed up for the show include household names in Penang property scene, namely SP SETIA, Ivory Property, MTT, Sunway Grand, Mah Sing, DNP, Ideal Homes and many more.

As usual, the event is marked by focus marketing and will sustain a steady flow of visitors through the interesting and informative talks, forums, exciting property auctions, games, lucky draws and door gifts for the early birds (1st 100 visitors to the expo on all 3 days).

Apart from the wide choice of residential and commercial properties showcased, PIP Expo also features quality home & lifestyle products such as those offered by Midea Scott & Creative Furnishing.

For MM2H residents, agents and real estate agents, the MM2H service updates is a much sought after annual do. As for the talks, regulars such as Ho Chin Soon, Milan Doshi, and Master Jason Eng Chin Soon will always attract a sizeable crowd. The Chief Minister of Penang, YAB Tuan Lim Guan Eng will officiate the opening ceremony of the expo at 3pm on 18th March 2011(Friday). The property trade fraternity is expected to come in full force for the opening ceremony and engage in useful networking throughout the events held over the 3 days expo.

Admission and parking in PISA during the fair is free. Huge crowd is expected at this year's expo as a PC Expo is held concurrently with PIP Expo.
